Police now carry Naloxone - antidote used to reverse a drug overdose

Colonel Stephen Lynch announced that all members of the Burrillville Police Department have been trained in and now carry a NALOXONE Kit. Naloxone is an antidote used to reverse a drug overdose from heroin or prescription pain medication. Another name for this antidote is NARCAN.
