NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING

 

IN RE: INVENERGY THERMAL DEVELOPMENT LLC’S APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT THE CLEAR RIVER ENERGY CENTER IN BURRILLVILLE, RHODE ISLAND – DOCKET NO. SB-2015-06

 

Pursuant to the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 42-98 and 42-35, in particular § 42-98-11, and Rule 1.12 of its Rules of Practice and Procedure (Rules), the Energy Facility Siting Board (Board) will conduct final hearings regarding the above-captioned matter:

Public Utilities Commission office building,

89 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick, Rhode Island.

 

Pursuant to Rules 1.8(a) and 1.18(c), the hearing will continue from day to day, time to time, and place to place, as required.
