Town files Joint Stipulation

Invenergy Thermal Development LLC, the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources, the Town of Burrillville and the Conservation Law Foundation (collectively “the Stipulating Parties”) hereby stipulate and agree to request that the Rhode Island Energy Facility Siting Board (“EFSB”) continue the Docket SB-2015-06 proceedings pending a decision of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) on ISO-NE’s September 20, 2018 request, seeking termination of the Clear River Energy Center capacity supply obligation for Unit 1. The Stipulating Parties request that the EFSB reserve November 5, 2018 and November 27, 2018 for a status conference to address the FERC’s decision.
