• Art Classes- Instructor to add an additional week of summer art camp due to high demand.
• Boot Camp – Instructor to hold another 2hr bootcamp July 29th.
• Burrillville Weekend Snack Pack Program – Raffle proceeds from the Family Fair totaled $443. Four
families have signed up to pick up the weekly bags this summer. Lalurue fundraiser was held on 6/23. Still
waiting for the totals. Touch of Light Yoga Studio holding a fundraiser all month and will donate 10% of the
proceeds. The sewer commission donated $500 to the Snack Pack. Next Packing Session
Scheduled for August 9th to pack for the start of the 2017/2018 school year.
• Easy Line Dancing Classes for Seniors – 10 people have registered.
• Facebook/Newsletters/Website- Posted Family Fair thank you information and pictures. July calendar
distributed.
• Family Fair – Family Fair was another success. Approximately 2,000 people were in attendance.
• Forever Fit – 12 participants in the month of June. Class has moved to the new location for the summer
months.
• Green Festival – Save the date information sent to all past vendors.

Recreation Department Master Plan
-Five year plan is pending
Report on Father Holland School
-issue is on hold for now
Ideas for Hauser Field
-field is underutilized, looking for other ideas
Spring Lake 2017 Season
-Overall the season is going well
-There have been a few issues with parking
-Security cameras have been installed

New Business
Oakland Bike Path & Park Sketches
-Reviewed sketches of concepts for park at old Remington Steel
-Ideas include skate park, bike path, possible canoe launch, picke & basketball courts
-The idea of a hockey rink (roller/street) was brought up for consideration
