Discussion:
Report on Recreation Program Information
-Art Classes- 14 students registered for Art at SFE
-Boot Camp – There were 506 participants for the month of October.
-Burrillville Weekend Snack Pack Program – Next packing session scheduled for December 11th, which will also be a holiday gathering to celebrate our volunteers.
Coffee, donuts and a small gift for volunteers. There are a total of 45 kids participating in the BWSP program. JSML, PUD and Sunflower Kids Yoga all held fundraisers for the program.
-Facebook/Newsletters/Website- Posted November Calendar, BWSP donations needed, Santa Calling forms, JSML food for fines, Kids Yoga BWSP fundraiser, shared PUD’s request for BWSP donations on Halloween, Forever Fit free classes.
-Forever Fit – Due to grant funding, Forever Fit is now offered free twice per week.  Class size has doubled, averaging 20-25 participants per class.
-Guitar Lessons – 8 students have registered for lessons at SFE. 13 students registered for guitar at WLC.
-Holiday Card Contest – Cards due back this week. Volunteer secured for packaging and assembly. Little General to help sell cards again. Flyer to be sent home with students next week.
-Multisport – Levy started October 3rd with 15 students in attendance. SFE started October 4 with 12 students. WLC has 12 students registered for Multisport.
-Santa at Stillwater – Dunkin approved donation request. Contacted HFD regarding their participation. Giveaways ordered. Dates changed on signs.
-Santa Calling – Flyers to go home this week. Reached out to prior Santas to enlist their help. Gifts ordered from Santa volunteers.
-Senior Grant – Meeting scheduled 11/14. Survey info has been totaled. Planning upcoming outings to utilize the grant money.
-Sunshine Club– Next meeting scheduled for November 26 for 23 birthdays

-James Alix discussed proper usage of bike path
Disc Golf
-Need to gauge interest in town
-More specifics needed regarding costs, land requirements
