Members Present:  William Andrews – Chairman

                                         Richard Nolan – Vice Chairman

                                         Wayne Barber – Commission Member

                                         Gary Rouleau – Commission Member

Member(s) Absent:  Russell Fontaine – Secretary

Also Present:  Timothy Kane – Attorney for the Commission

                           James J. Geremia – Consulting Engineer

                           John E. Martin III – Superintendent

                           Raymond Trinque – Town Council Liaison

                           Jackie Batalon – Financial Aide

Mr. Andrews opened the Public Hearing at 6:30PM.

Public Hearing on the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility Operation and Maintenance Budget and User Charge Rate Schedule for the Fiscal Period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

There were no questions regarding the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility Operation and Maintenance Budget and User Charge Rate Schedule for the Fiscal period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.

Mr. Andrews closed the public hearing.
