Public Hearing of May 22, 2018

Members Present:  William Andrews – Chairman

                                       Richard Nolan – Vice Chairman

                                       Wayne Barber – Commission Member

                                       Gary Rouleau – Commission Member

Member(s) Absent:  Russell Fontaine - Secretary

Also Present:  Timothy Kane – Attorney for the Commission

                            James J. Geremia – Consulting Engineer

                            John E. Martin III – Superintendent

                            Stacey Richard – Office Manager

Mr. Andrews opened the Public Hearing at 6:33 PM.

Public Hearing on the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility Operation and Maintenance Budget and User Charge Rate Schedule for the Fiscal Period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Mr. Andrews asked Mr. Martin if he had anything to discuss regarding the proposed budget. Mr. Martin stated that he will answer any questions that anyone may have. Mr. Barber stated that he has not had any questions from constituents regarding the proposed budget, therefore, he is not opposed to approving the budget as proposed.

Mr. Nolan made a motion to adjourn the Public Hearing. The motion was seconded by Mr. Barber. All in favor, so voted.
