Public Hearing of June 13, 2017

Members Present:  William Andrews – Chairman

                                       Richard Nolan – Vice Chairman

                                       Russell Fontaine – Secretary

                                       Wayne Barber – Commission Member

                                       Gary Rouleau – Commission Member

Also Present:  Timothy Kane – Attorney for the Commission

                            James J. Geremia – Consulting Engineer

                            John E. Martin III – Superintendent

                            Stacey Richard – Office Manager

                            Ronald Parenteau - Resident

Mr. Fontaine made a motion to open the Public Hearing. The motion was seconded by Mr. Rouleau. All in favor, so voted.

Mr. Andrews opened the Public Hearing at 6:30 PM.

Public Hearing on the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility Operation and Maintenance Budget and User Charge Rate Schedule for the Fiscal Period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

Mr. Fontaine asked Mr. Martin if he is truly comfortable with the budget and if the increase in User Charge is in keeping with what was set by the Commission a few years ago. Mr. Martin answered yes to both questions. There were no further questions regarding the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility Operation and Maintenance Budget and User Charge Rate Schedule for the Fiscal Period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

Mr. Rouleau made a motion to close the Public Hearing. The motion was seconded by Mr. Barber. All in favor, so voted.
