NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws 45-23-42, notice is hereby given that the Burrillville Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing where all interested persons will be heard for or against the following application:

Applicant: Robert Woods

Subject Property: 300 Olney Keach Road, AP 206 Lot 007

Proposed Plan: Unified Development Preliminary Plan Review with Public Hearing for a Minor Rural Residential Compound (4 lots, no road) with request for .20 acre of dimensional relief from Zoning Ordinance Section 30-208 Rural Residential Compounds (b) Definition, Purpose and Review (1) Density.

Hearing Location: Jesse Smith Library Community Room, 100 Tinkham Lane, Harrisville, RI 02830

To review the application prior to the meeting, visit the Planning Department located in the Town Hall Annex 144 Harrisville Main Street.  Business hours are Monday thru Wednesday 8:30am to 4:30pm Thursday 8:30am to 7:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm.
